I surprised to find this product was clear, expecting it to be brown like iodine. It's good value, easy to take and I'm sure it's efficacious. Daily supplement of iodine to aid thyroid funtion
I am in my mid seventies and have had a sluggish thyroid for some years that i thought may be was the problem causing unwanted weight gain. I have now taken iodine as a supplement for some years as potassium iodide but was attracted to the idea of this mineral as a supplement from a natural plant source like Kelp. I thought in this form it amy be more absorbable.
