A Mineral All Americans Need
Magnesium is a mineral that all Americans are deficient in; the soil that our food is grown in lacks this mineral. By adding magnesium to the bath water, it is an easy way to absorb magnesium through the skin (trans-dermally). It only takes about 20 minutes/bath. Another way I use this is by making my own magnesium oil (equal parts hot water and magnesium chloride flakes).
