Ohjeet:

Aikuiset, sekoita noin 2 kukkurallista kauhallista (9,7 g) jauhetta 3 - 3,5 dl:aan kylmää vettä. Käyttöön ennen harjoitusta, juo 2 - 4 kauhallista veteen sekoitettuna tai pirtelössä 20 - 30 minuuttia ennen harjoitusta. Käyttöön harjoituksen jälkeen, juo 1 - 2 kauhallista veteen sekoitettuna tai pirtelössä vähintään 4 tuntia harjoitusta edeltävän pirtelön jälkeen.

VAROITUS:

Ei tarkoitettu alle 18-vuotiaille tai kofeiinille tai beta-alaniinille herkille henkilöille. Recently purchased this in replacement of name brand Pre workout. This blows them out of the water. Way more BCCA than most. Limited caffeine which is great as there is just enough to help push the ingredients.
